How to Apply for Digital Health Card Online?

Download the NDHM app for registration on mobile or else visit this site: https://ndhm.gov.in/
- Health Id
You can find Create your Health id in the top right corner of the window. Now you can click on Create your health Id card option that gives an option to generate a health id.
- Aadhar or Mobile Number
Further, you will get two options to generate via Aadhar or mobile number.
Depending upon your convenience you can select either option. Now you will be asked to enter the details of your Aadhar Card or Mobile Number
An OTP will be triggered to your registered mobile for verification. Post OTP verification, the user will be suggested to create a username for the Health id card. Then the user is supposed to complete few more formalities such as identity proof.
Once it’s completed your digital Health Card is ready. Click on the Download button and take a printout of the digital health id or you can mail the soft copy to your mail address for easy access.
