To register on this app, you’re not required to visit any SBI branch instead same is possible online even though you don’t have active net banking for an SBI account.

Time needed: 1 minute

With these simple steps you can register on YONO SBI without Internet Banking:

  1. Download the YONO App

    Download the YONO SBI app from the play store app on your device

  2. Select the SIM for Verification

    Firstly open the app secondly the sim with which you wish to register with YONO.

  3. SMS Verification

    Further, verify the mobile number by sending an SMS. Above all, you need to keep a sufficient balance in the main account of your registered SIM for verification.

  4. Enter Account Details

    Once your mobile number gets verified, you need to enter your account number and date of birth. Further, click on the Next button.

  5. Create Netbanking Credentials

    On this page, it will ask you to create your SBI Internet Banking Credentials. Now click on proceed.

  6. Select ATM Card Option

    Most Importantly, on this page you will get two options to create credentials :

    a) Register for YONO with my ATM Card
    b) Register with Account Details

    We will choose the first option as its fully digital and for the second option you need to visit your nearest branch

  7. Again Key Account Details

    After having chosen the first option with my ATM card, firstly enter your Account number secondly DOB, and click on Next Tab.

  8. OTP Verification

    You will receive one OTP on your registered number. Therefore, verify the same and click on submit.

  9. Review User Details with Transaction Rights

    Firstly review your user details like the name then select the transactions rights which you want to exercise on the YONO app. In addition, I would suggest for all banking needs select the last option as Full and click on the Next button

  10. Enter ATM Card Details

    Now enter the last 6 digits of your ATM card. Further click on the Next button.

  11. Key ATM PIN

    Enter the ATM Pin which you enter while withdrawing cash at atm machine or point of sale.

  12. Create Username and Password for Internet Banking

    Now you’re at the final stage of setting your net banking credentials. Firstly, choose a username secondly set the net banking password of high-security strength and click on confirm.

  13. YONO Registration Successful

    On this page, you will get the successful message of YONO Registration. Subsequently, move now with the MPIN setting, choose any 6 digits numeric MPIN, and further click on Set MPIN.

  14. Provide Consent for setting MPIN

    In case you wish to set MPIN for YONO usage, tick the box at the bottom to provide your consent. After that click on proceed button.

  15. Verify the OTP and you’re done!

    Further, enter the OTP received on the number and verify the same. Consequently, on the screen, you will get a Congratulation message for successful registration.

In case you have an active net banking account with SBI and wants to register on YONO via internet banking follow these steps and you’re good to go:

1. Download the YONO App

Download the YONO SBI app from the play store app on your device

2. Select the SIM for Verification

Open the app and select the sim with which you wish to register with YONO

3. SMS Verification

It will verify the mobile number by sending an SMS. Ensure you keep a sufficient balance in the main account of your registered SIM for verification.

4. Active Internet Banking

In case your internet banking is active with SBI it will ask you to use net banking credentials and proceed.

5. Enter Netbanking Credentials
